cannot open any file for splitting

I am usingintel Umcsmples 7.1 andiam trying to split the mp4,avifile to extract the video and audio streams.Buti can't open the file as it returns-894 error code i.e UMC_ERR_OPEN FAILED.Alsoi wanted to know that there is no Umc_fio_reader.h andthati believe was present in the earlier versionumcsamples.

One more thing, the documentation provided with the UMC samples is perhaps for the earlier versions since it usesFIOReadeand all.Please let me know if anyone has got any solutions.

If you play with your file with the simpleplaye application, can it be decoded?  That application demonstrated the usage of splitter
