I am considering purchasingthird partysoftware that uses the intel IPP library. Since my system
is running a custom FreeBSDkernel, I would like to be sure that the IPP library will function properly
on my systems prior to the purchase. I noticed in the sample programs there is a tool called cpuinfo.
I think I can use this sample program to perform this test. However, I do not want to download
the IPP evaluation library just to perform this check since I may want to evaluate the library
for my own development purposes later. Is it possible to download a compiled linux version of the cpuinfo
program foran intel xeon 5600 series cpu from some where?
Thanks,
Andrew
