Hi,

Thanks for posting on Intel Communities.

We would like to inform you that starting with IPP 9.0 several functions were deprecated and they are not part of the latest IPP releases. The domain mentioned by you, ippsc.h is one among them.

Intel has made it available through a separate package which is called "Legacy Libraries". This package is independent of the Intel IPP product and this legacy package contains the major removed functions in Intel 9.0 as well as from the previous IPP releases.

These legacy libraries need to be used with IPP 9.0 or later versions of main packages(Intel IPP version been used). You can get the main packages of Intel IPP by downloading and installing the oneAPI Basetoolkit.

Please refer to the below article for full details which also contains the links to get IPP legacy packages for Linux*, Windows* or OSX*.

Please find below link for list of functions removed from IPP 9.0.
