Hi,
I'm new here in this forum. Sorry, if I am asking something inappropriate.
When calling ippiFilterBox_8u_C1R with a maskSize of (1, 5) or (5, 1) I am getting a mask size error. Using it with mask sizes > 1 everything is working fine.
I have to say that we are still using IPP version 4.0 -- so this might be a known bug. If this has been solved in a newer version, that would be a good motivation for buying an upgrade.
Thanks for your help
Norbert

Hello Norbert,
Yes, it is known bug in IPP v4.0. Of course it was fixed since that time, so you have a reason to upgrade to the latest version of IPP (which is 5.1.1). Additional reasons are new functionality and optimization. You are welcome.
Regards,
Vladimir

yes, thank you. Also want to say that the main focus of IPP 5.1.1 was support for the latest Intel micro-architecture changes, found in Intel Core 2 Duo product line.
