license for freeware application

Hi all,
if i have a freeware application using ipp libraries 5.3 i have only to buy 1 license (199$) in order to redistribuite libraries+software?
Is the same also for commercial application?

Hi Ettore,

there isfree version of IPP for non commercial use on Linux.
