Hello, do I have to care about image borders using ippiPyrDown_Gauss5x5 and ippiPyrUp_Gauss5x5?

Hi, Ciro,

ippiPyrDown_Gauss5x5, ippiPyrUp_Gauss5x5 functions do not access pixels outside the input image and model the mirror border
