speeding up JPEG2000 decoding

Dear guys,

jpeg2000 is taking around 400ms to decode 640X480 pixels image, can we speed it up.
400ms is to much

want can be done to increase or speedup the decoding process

please help

Hello,

JPEG2000 codec use more computational complex algorithm than JPEG. Note, IPP UIC JPEG2000 codec is threaded so, it could get advantages of multi-core system.
