template match with non-rectangular template

Hi,

I am trying to do template matching with non-rectangular template, that is to say, put a mask (a small rectangle) on template to define a "don't care area", so that the mask area will be ignored during template matching. Could you please kindly to tell me if it is possible to achieve it by using Intel IPP, and advise me how to do it?

according our expert:

IPP doesn't support non-rectangular template and mask for CrossCorr
