where to find lz4-1.7.5.patch

article taks about a file  lz4-1.7.5.patch that should be part of IPP and applied ontop of github's lz4 repo. 
Does anyone know where to find this patch?

The patch file is provided by IPP, ${IPP_ROOT}/components/components/interfaces/ipp_lz4
