Have linux wget location for HPC toolkit 2025.2.0 but missing curl location for windows

I am trying to do a system recovery and following SOP with scripts from previous admin. Unfortunately, I figured out their script to grab and install the Windows HPC toolkit was an exact copy from the Linux script. As such, both list the wget for 2025.2.0.576... where do I find the curl location for the same version?
