OneAPI fpga test

Hi,

I tried the example from one of examples for FPGA in oneapi, vector-add.

It was built and run successfully under emulator mode with qsub. However, I can build it for FPGA hardware, it gets stuck during the running

when checking its job status, here is

Is it waiting for the resource or there is just no resource at all for FPGA testing?
