MPI Hydra and pinning issue on dual socket AMD

Hello Tobias,

I use this topic to restart the conversation regarding hydra_service and dual Socket AMD CPUs. 

After installing OneAPI 2025.0.1.48, the issue still exist.

While we are using Altair RADIOSS software for model computation, this issue is making our workstation close to unusable at the moment. 

Intel support has been contacted by Altair on this topic. 

Is there anything to resolve this ?
