Unable to initialize verbs NIC /sys/class/infiniband/qedr0

I am having an issue where our AMD CPU machines are failing with Intel MPI 2021.6 on Linux.

There are warnings regarding 'Not enough cpus for the specified I_MPI_PIN_ORDER', 'tcp fabric is unknown or has been removed from the product', 'Unable to create send CQ of size 5080 on qedr0', and 'Unable to initialize verbs NIC /sys/class/infiniband/qedr0'
