unable to install INTEL parallel studio xe cluster edition 2017 update 8 for windows

I need to install INTEL parallel studio xe cluster edition 2017 update 8 for windows in my computer as newer versions will not work for the software I intend to use.But when I click 'yes' to license agreements it displays "configuring license 20%" and then the installation process terminates and then nothing happens after that.Please I have been trying to install for three days straight and I have to install it as quickly as possible. Please help.

We have contacted the user privately and waited for him to respond for more than 20 business days. As there was no response from the user, we had to close this thread.
