Does Intel have any functional OpenCL CPU/GPU implementation as AMD or NVIDIA, pls?

No, the Ct beta test would give you an idea of one of the directions of development.

Ct is cool, but not multivendor. I need a OS portable, multivendor and standard API, not another propietary one... To program 392923890 times the same thing for 423984343 different APIs is very very very unproductive.
