Thread Checker failed to run the Primes sample code

I downloaded Intel Thread Checker 2.2 yesterday. It's the evaluation release. But I failed to run the Primes sample code. The message is "The activity failed to run. The cause of error could not be determined .The error code is 0x80004002". Please help me.

Google tells this is the E_NOINTERFACE
"No such interface supported" error from DCOM.

Probably, people here would want to know what
version of Windows / patch state you are running on.

Thank you. It's windows server 2003 with service pack 1.The development enviroment is Intel fortran compiler 9.0 integrated in visual studio 2003. The release of VTune is 7.2.

Everything is OK when I switched to the Windows XP. But the ReleaseNotes said it support Windows Server 2003 . So strange. Maybe it needs more test?
