What's the relationship between Intel Thread Checker and Intel Assure Thread Analyzer?

As I know,Intel has previously released a tool "Assure Thread Analyzer" to help develop multi-thread programs. What's the relationship between Intel Thread Checker and Intel Assure Thread Analyzer? Is Thread Checker an improvement of Assure Thread Analyzer, or they are unrelated?

Hello,
Intel Thread Checker has replaced Assure Thread Analyzer. Thread Checker also has several improvements over the old Assure product. The Intel Threading Tools website has more information.
