In addition, the best resource is the "Intel Guide for Developing Multithreaded Applications".

I had forgotten to tell you about two articles about Intel Parallel Advisor 2011. This tool might be an interesting starting point for your multi-threading training. You can download a free trial ofIntel Parallel Advisor 2011 before deciding to buy this tool.
