Bonjour, Utilisateur d'un Intel NUC7i3DNHNC avec 4 Go de ram, avec deux écrans connectés, celui-ci s'avère très, mais alors très lent à l'utilisation d'Office et autre. Quelqu'un a-t-il rencontré ce problème très pénible ? D'avance Merci.

Everything is very slow, Office and everything else. For example, about 10 seconds to open an Excel file. Aero Windows 10 is disabled. The RAM (4GB) may be insufficient, the i3 processor insufficient,... I don't know....

Hi Jean,

1. I agree with you that 4GB memory is very marginal and lot of paging must be done by the O.S. I think that 8GB is the minimum to have decent performance. You may check the status of RAM memory, using Task Manager. Open Performance tab. In Performance tab you may open Resource Monitor (in blue on the bottom) and then Memory tab. You will probably see that 100% of your memory is in use, which is not good.
2. In addition, please download Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/19792/Intel-Processor-Diagnostic-Tool and run the test.
3. In my opinion the I3 processor is more than sufficient for office work.
