NUC 8i7BEH1 Won't Start, Keeps Cycling/Resetting Every 5 Seconds

After working for several months, it has randomly stopped being able to boot up.

It will behave like this article: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000087598/intel-nuc.html?wapkw=NUC%20Power%20button%20LED%20flashes%201%20time%20every%205%20seconds

The power light will power on for 1/2 sec, it will then power down for 5 seconds and try again. This cycle continues until the power is removed.

I have unplugged and reseated my SSD and RAM.

I have checked my power supply and it is providing the required 19V. USB ports have power when the NUC is still off and plugged in.

Is there any known guidance on how to fix this? Thank you!
