Dear all,
Here is my issue.
I have a 32GB Optane Memory installed in my desktop.
The BIOS had been set to Advanced RAID mode with Optane Memory. And the driver had been installed already. Now it's working.
But in the Intel Optane Memory software "Statistics" tab, it said no statistics available.
It said only at least 32GB Intel Optane Memory supports statistics function. But my Optane Memory is 32GB.
How can I solve this issue? Thanks.
The platform of my desktop is below,
7980xe+asus rog rampage vi extreme+intel 730 480GB SSD+hgst he6 6TB+Intel 750 1.2TB SSD
For now, the Optane Memroy accelerated the 480GB SSD with Win 10.

I read the FAQ and found the answer. Sorry for disturbing.
The Statistics page in the Intel Optane memory application states there is no information to provide, as I do not have a 32GB module installed. But I do, so why is this the case?
Statistics only appear once the first scheduled task migration is complete.
To confirm the schedule or run manually, complete the steps below:
- Press Windows button
- Type Task Scheduler
- Under Task Scheduler Library open Intel folder

And additional,
The Optane Memory was inserted to Synology NAS for SSD cache at first, then I found that the capacity is not enough, so I changed and insert it to my desktop.
I wonder whether the Linux broke the memory, but it make no sense.
Plz help me.
Thanks
