Read what you just wrote, man. The Pentium 4600 is not an Intel Core, it's an Intel Pentium.
Return it or sale it online somewhere? I've read some people use Intel Smart Response Technology with optane if their system isn't compatible. It's not as fast or smart, but you can make it work.
