Hello,
I am trying to enable Intel Optane Memory for my secondary HDD, but I keep getting Error 0xA001004B.

Windows 11 64-bit
Samsung 860 EVO 250GB SATA SSD (system drive)

SATA mode is Intel RST Premium with Intel Optane System Acceleration
Intel RST / Optane driver for 10th/11th Gen is installed

Hi hyun0811,
Greetings!
The product Intel® Optane Memory has reached its End of Interactive Support (EOIS). Intel no longer provides technical assistance, but you can continue looking for help from other community users. We recommend you search for an answer to your inquiry in the available self-help resources at https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Optane-Memory/bd-p/optane-memory.
More information about the EOIS status of this product is available at: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000024320/memory-and-storage.html
Additionally, you may try the following steps:
- Engage with ASUS (platform manufacturer) for specific enablement requirements for Intel Optane Memory.
- Try formatting the secondary drive in accordance with the requirements for secondary drive acceleration, as outlined in the Intel Optane Memory User Guide.
Regards,
