Optane Crashing PC at Startup fix?

A while back, I turned on my new PC which worked when I initially got it. When I booted it up after a few days of getting it, it refused to startup. I ended up having to reinstall windows and disable optane to fix the problem. It works now, but whenever I enable Intel Rapid Storage Technology from the BIOS, the computer will no longer boot. I'm curious as to what is going on with my PC and how i can fix it.

 

OS: Windows 10
