tengo el siguiente error 0xA0000002 al instalar SetupOptaneMemory.
he tenido que formatear mi Laptop acer A315-53G-56ZT. según especificaciones tiene memoria de 22Gb = 16 GB Intel OPTANE + 6 GB DDR4.

As we understand, you need assistance with your Intel® Optane™ Memory installed in your laptop Acer* A315-53G-56ZT. If we infer correctly, please review the following information:
- As mentioned in the “Troubleshooting Guide for Intel® Optane™ Memory” article (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000055140/memory-and-storage.html) in the “Troubleshooting at OS level” at the “Format type and Partition style” section:
Drives can use two format types: Basic and Dynamic. The only supported format type is Basic, so if the drive is formatted as Dynamic, the Intel® Optane™ memory won't support it.
As per the screenshot you shared with us seems to be that your drive is format is Dynamic and that is the cause for the error that you are experiencing.
- We advise you to contact your PC OEM (original equipment manufacturer) in your case Acer* to get further information on how to set up your BIOS and to get the latest version of the supported software for your laptop to use your Optane memory.
If you need further assistance related to your Optane memory after contacting your OEM please do not hesitate to contact us back, we will be more than happy to further assist you in any way we can in our community.
