optane memory Not being recognised.

im not able to enable my Intel optane 32gb module, in the application im told " your system seems to be Intel optane memory ready but no Intel optane modules were detected" please could someone help me, i did a scan on my computer and attached the results of all my settings

To help you further with your request, please send us a screenshot of the “Disk Management” of windows, showing all your HDDs and partitions. We acknowledge reception of your system SSU Scan Information; please refer to the information below: Your motherboard manufacturer has created an instruction manual, in order to perform the basic setup to use your Optane™ memory in your system; please, find details in the manual that can be found here: http://dlcdnmkt.asus.com/microsite/Optane-Memory-SOP.pdf Please follow this link from Asus*, to install Optane™ Memory module: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/LGA1151/ROG_STRIX-B360-G_GAMING/E13783_ROG_STRIX_B360-G_GAMING... Please make sure the Optane™ Memory is installed on M.2_2 (Socket3) as shown in Chapter 1, Page 1-12, since Optane™ Memory modules can only be installed on this Socket.
