@soumya-pn You cannot disable the DRAM cache when the host is configured in Memory Mode. If you want to test the performance of PMem independent from DRAM, you'll need to configure the host in AppDirect. The Quick Start Guide is useful for you to learn the differences between Memory Mode and App Direct, and how to switch between them. There's more detailed information and user guides on https://docs.pmem.io/persistent-memory/ and  https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/topics/persistent-memory.html. You can watch the Provisioning Persistent Memory in Linux video which covers most of the info you need.
