-- Clicking on "More Info" just brought me to a random Intel page that does not mention the error 

-- I do not own nor have admin rights to the machine I am getting this error on.

-- My company's help desk personnel do not seem to be familiar with this error message

Can someone tell me what this means so I can try and get it taken care of?
