Aleks3000,
According to the model of motherboard you provided, we can let you know that NVMe* drives are supported for RAID (0, 1, 5, 10), however, checking the motherboard's manual, we can see you may need to install the Intel® Rapid Storage Technology Enterprise NVMe.
What is the operating system you are going to install on it?
If you need to run RAID outside the operating system, then we do recommend to contact Supermicro* as it is not clear in the manual.
Let us know if you require any more assistance.
Regards,
NC
