Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)
Yes I know the usual very helpful error and bugger all else other than loads of problems and the usual crap from Intel Help service.
Oh and this carp that dose bugger all to help
Lates BIOS installed YES, Most up to date drive YES
Fix the Intel Management Engine Interface Code 43 error by reinstalling the driver, updating the BIOS, or performing a hard power cycle. This issue often results from corrupted drivers, power management conflicts, or firmware mismatches, causing Windows to stop the device.
Immediate Solutions for Code 43
- Restart the Computer: A simple reboot can resolve temporary glitches causing this error. Sure for a few bloody minutes
- Reinstall the Driver:
- Open Device Manager (Press Win + X).
- Locate
Intel(R) Management Engine Interfaceunder "System devices". - Right-click it and select Uninstall device.
- Check the box Attempt to remove the driver for this device and click Uninstall.
- Restart your computer to force Windows to reinstall the driver automatically.
- Update BIOS/Firmware: Visit your computer manufacturer's (HP, Dell, ASUS, etc.) support website to download and install the latest BIOS/firmware update for your model. AND THE NEW DIRIVE DOSE EXACVTLY THE BLOODY SAME
Advanced Troubleshooting
- Power Down (Hard Reset): Unplug all external devices, including the AC adapter. For laptops, hold the power button for at least 40 seconds to discharge the motherboard, then plug it back in and turn it on. DOSE NAFF ALL
- Disable Power Management: In Device Manager, right-click the Intel Management Engine Interface, go to Properties > Power Management, and uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". DOSE NAFF ALL
- Roll Back Driver: If the error started after an update, go to Properties > Driver tab and select Roll Back Driver. DAOSE NAFF ALL
