Intel SSD Toolbox 3.4.3 show exlamation mark on Firmware Update but does not allow to update

SSD Toolbox does not allow run optimizer (possible) due not updated firmware but does not allow to update it - update button is gray.

3.4.3 is latest version for now, afaik.

What to do with this?

Hello Sopholos,

 

 

We understand you cannot update the firmware on your SSD and also the optimizer does not work. We have seen this kind of situation before and we can suggest to you to install the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/26451/Intel-SSD-Data-Center-Family-for-NVMe-Drivers latest NVMe* driver.

 

 

After you install this driver, please restart the computer and then try again. It should work just fine.

 

Please let us know if this does not work.
