Hi I have a HP Gaming Pavilion Lap top 15 series. I am not a Tech Savy individual. I have a SSD 500 installed and an Optane memory 16 GB. My operating system is Windows 11 24H2, I have updated all the drivers and Windows is up to date. The Optane memory in the storage shows it as unallocated. Drive 0. My issue is when I try to initialise Optane memory the via app downloaded from windows store. The app shows intel Optane memory disabled. The app platform shows Intel Optane Memory (controller 13, Port 0). Select a compatible drive to be accelerated: Drive as displayed is"INTEL HBRPEKNX0101A (CONTROLLER 14, Port 0) When I click the enable Intel Optane Memory - the process runs but finalize there is no valid..... There is an error message starting with 0x A0007..... Please can you help me to enable my Optane memory. Thanks Nicoleen

1. The platform must support the use of Optane memory.
2. Optane memory support must be enabled in the BIOS.
3. The SATA HDD/SSD must be connected to one of the SATA ports on the motherboard.
Hope this helps,

Just to help you, I'm attaching link to Intel Optane Memory H Series Installation and User Guide. If this drive is compatible with your laptop, you will find here all necessary instructions for BIOS settings and other requirements to enable the Optane acceleration on this SSD.
