Question about official warranty support for Intel® Optane™ SSD DC P5801X Series

Hi!

I recently got several pieces of Optane P5801X 400GB SSD, with original packages included.

Part No.: SSDPFR1Q400GBF1

It seems that they were packed in 23 JUN 2022, within the 5 yrs' warranty range.

I have looked up the part no. and the SN on the package on Intel & Solidigm websites, but resulted in nothing.

 

How can I receive warranty supports for these products?

  • Product Code: SSDPFR1Q400GBF1
  • FERT (MM Number): 99AGF4
  • Shipping Date: 09/28/2022
  • Warranty Expiration: 09/27/2027
  • Status: Active
