Will SSD Toolbox Optimizer run automatically?

After I make a schedule of the optimizer, for example, once a week, will the SSD optimizer run on time automatically without opening the SSD Toolbox (computer is powered on)?

You are correct, the Intel® Solid State Drive Toolbox will not be opened when the Optimizer is schedule to run. You can verify, the tool ran fine, below the optimizer button, you will see something like this:
