We can suggest to you the Intel® Data Center Family of disk we have available for you. Please check the http://ark.intel.com/# @DataCenterSSDs following link.

 

 

The ones you can check are the P series, those are the NVMe* drives available and any of the models there can work for your request. The S series will be the data center drives in SATA interface.
