I have seen other people post this problem here, so here is my theory:
Alienware's Command Center is not compatible with Intel's Dynamic Tuning Tool, or their framework tool. This problem consisted after I redownloaded the Command Center app. It also started after the March update when Microsoft rolled out their security update (the one that broke 24H2 computers).
I tried reaching out to tech support, and they gave me the exact answer I expected: To get the problem troubleshot with payment. While I understand payment is necessary, it shouldn't be when there is clearly a problem on their end. And I know that I am not the only user experiencing this problem.
I also tried complaining on the Dell's support page and have not heard any response, so I am wondering if this is an isolated issue with Dell or if this is a problem with Intel as well.
I want to note that this problem did not start until after I redownloaded the Alienware Command Center (this was after doing a system restore).
