Dear Community,
I had submitted a solution almost one and half years ago for the Intel team to review and process my patch for performance logs of my patch which shows significant performance improvement. This went un-noticed for quite a while until Intel decided to discontinue the solutions and offerings as well as Intel Developer Cloud Environment altogether. Now, the team is saying that their solution is not in the system anymore and they cannot even retrieve any previous patches or data from the Intel Developer Cloud as it has also been discontinued. This makes absolutely no sense as every time you transition, you must have a backup of the previous work stored somewhere in order to move on. I have also submitted a pull request for the same, but they say they cannot review it as the data no longer exists in the system. I had also downloaded the solution internally in my local machine, but they specifically said that due to solutions and offerings being discontinued, they have also deleted that from my system which does not make any sense whatsoever as why you would make the effort to delete my system file and still not be able to recover or restore my patch which actually still exists as it was already integrated with the Intel Software Stack. This seems like a breach of trust from Intel, and I would like to get a reasonable explanation as to why they are still not reviewing my patch to its full extent internally to generate the proper perf logs after testing to showcase and publish its results.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
Siddhartha Sharma
