Hi,
Good day to you.
There was an issue with Intel DevCloud recently that prevented you from accessing the renderkit nodes using TurboVNC. Our Intel DevCloud admin team has informed that the issue is now resolved. Can you try following the guide below again and confirm if the issue is resolved or not?
https://devcloud.intel.com/oneapi/documentation/rendering-toolkit-for-linux/
If you are still getting any public key errors, kindly re-configure the connection to Intel DevCloud by following the "Automated Configuration (Recommended)" guide provided in the link below:
If this resolves your issue, make sure to accept this as a solution. This would help others with similar issue.
Thanks and Regards,
Jyothis V James
