The server CPU is Intel xeon (R) silver 4314, and the installed system is Centos7,However, we are not aware of the download link for the SGX SDK or whether there is a building manual that allows us to view and use it.

Hi Always-Wang,
Thank you for your interest in Intel® SGX.
Unfortunately, we would like to inform you that CentOS 7 is not supported by the Intel® SGX SDK.
The default version of GNU C Compiler* (GCC*) available in the CentOS* 7 repositories is 4.8.5, which is too low for Intel® SGX. Visit this article for more information.
Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you.
Regards,
Ken
