I noticed that the 11th generation processors don't support SGX anymore, and server processors don't support SGX either. Is Intel going to give up SGX technology in the future?

While we cannot comment on future roadmaps, server processors continue to support SGX.
Check out this list of server processors that support SGX, which includes the latest 3rd Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors.
