Problem in using RA service API

 I followed the answer in the link above, got same 404 still

and I try all links below to use attastation service

https://api.trustedservices.intel.com/sgx/dev/attestation/v4/report

https://api.trustedservices.intel.com/sgx/dev/attestation/report

https://api.trustedservices.intel.com/sgx/dev/report

None of them works

I am following this document https://www.intel.com/content/dam/develop/public/us/en/documents/sgx-attestation-api-spec.pdf
