SDK silent installer

hi, im trying to run SDK in silent mode, on version Intel(R)_SGX_Windows_x64_SDK_1.1.28151.80 , Win 10

from cmd: "Intel(R)_SGX_Windows_x64_SDK_1.1.28151.80" /silent

only open the installer GUI. any ideas?
