Hello Intel,

    I have successfully  run the sample about the trusted time in a WIN10 Platform with SDK 2.13. I would like to know how the core concept behind the API call  "sgx_get_trusted_time", and how SGX guarantee the acquired time stamps are reliable.  Although  I have found intel-sgx-platform-services.  However, PSE was removed since Intel SGX SDK 2.8  as I  konw.
