(Visual Studio 2012 Pro Update 5) + (Windows 10) + (SGX SDK) == Template Missing

I have a fresh install of Windows 10 with all updates, then I installed Visual Studio 2012 Professional with Update 5.

I then installed the Intel SGX SDK. 

There is NO template added to Visual Studio 2012 Professional's 'New Project' list.

Obviously the SDK is having a problem, probably not identifying Windows 10 as a valid operating system.

How can the project template be added manually to Visual Studio 2012 Professional???

Please upgrade to Visual Studio 2015 if you can as the latest SGX SDK for Windows comes with only VS 2015 plug-ins.
