a question about the code from SGX Tutorial Series

First of all,thank you for all the work you have done to help us learn SGX.

The question is ,I have download your sample code from the website https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-software-guard-extensions-tutorial-series-part-10-enclave-analysis-and-debugging

However,I could not build it.There are plenty of errors such as C2039 C2873 C2228 from some head files ,such as cstdio and cmath.That made me very confused.Perhaps you can help me.
