monotonic counter is not supported and trusted time is not supported

Hi!

In the Intel SGX Sample code "SealedData", I find the iCLSClient in my compute system components.

However, I still cannot run it successful. It still returns: "monotonic counter is not supported and trusted time is not supported."

Does anybody have solved the problem or have some solutions?

Thanks a lot!

Hello Hiber,

Support for monotonic counter and trusted time are no longer supported in Intel SGX so the SealedData sample will not work. There is no workaround. You can view this thread for more info, https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Software-Guard-Extensions/Monotonic-Counter-not-Supported/m-p/1159319, and the last response in this thread: https://community.intel.com/t5/Intel-Software-Guard-Extensions/Platform-Service-Enclave-and-ME-for-Intel-Xeon-Server/td-p/1173098.
