Everything works, except calling

I am successfully using Unison for all of the functions other than calling with my iPhone 12.

When I attempt to make a call, I get the following error: "Intel Unison is not your default app for call handling. Open the PC application you currently use for calling, and disable call handling." I am unable to identify any other apps that are set to call handling.

I have been following several threads on this subject and have attempted to set the TEL default to Intel Unison. As you can see from the below snip, Unison is not listed as an option.

How do I correct this problem?

Thank you so much for patiently waiting on our response. 


  • We wanted to share with you the following information:
  • In a Windows environment, only one call application can access phone calls at a time.
  • If you have already set up a call with another phone application and then try to pair and set up a phone call with Unison, the call control will switch to Unison.
  • If a call is already set up with Unison and you try to configure the call feature with another phone application, the call control will switch to the latest application. Unison will display a warning message to indicate this situation and guide you on how to switch the call feature back on.

 

Moreover, please check the following articles below, as they will guide you through the step-by-step process on how you can set up the call feature on your Unison application:

 

Additionally, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app before trying the troubleshooting steps that we have provided, and if you have any questions, please let me know.

This issue is resolved. However, I have followed all instructions and am unable to use my microphone. I have previously posted on this issue under a separate thread.

I reviewed the link you shared and noticed that other users resolved the microphone issue by restarting their systems. If that doesn't work for you, I'll coordinate with our team to recommend additional troubleshooting steps for the Unison application.
