Won't install on W11 HP Spectre

Hi, I was having issues connecting Unison to my iPhone, so I uninstalled with a plan to reinstall it. Except now I can't reinstall it.

 

It's stuck on this screen:

Pressing cancel doesn't do anything.

 

In the Microsoft store I see this:

I'm using this computer:

I have tried

- running the Intel Unison Installer as administrator

- Using a different wifi network

I fixed it by restarting the machine.
