932-Warning one of the QPI links is not operating.

主机是惠普的Z840,升级了CPU之后,出现了这样的提示。 原CPU是Xeon(R) E5-2650V4,升级后的CPU是Xeon(R) E5-2698V4。主板是Intel C612芯片组。这样的问题要怎么处理?

Support for the Z840 is provided by HP and also through the HP Support Community which can be accessed here . 

It would be advisable to update to the latest drivers particularly the chipset driver if you have not already done so. The drivers for the Z840 can be accessed through this page

Furthermore, the Intel® Xeon® Processor E5-2698 v4 is a tray processor. If you suspect a CPU issue, we recommend contacting your OEM or reseller for warranty support. Warranty replacements and technical support for tray processors are provided directly by these providers. Intel does not provide direct warranty support for these processors.
