Can you tell me the BIOS vendor is an AMI, Phoenix or other vendor?

Hello James,

Intel used to base their BIOS setup utility on AMI; however, since several years ago it is an Intel BIOS. Meaning it has been developed and maintained by an Intel BIOS team of Engineers.

So, S2600ST uses an Intel BIOS.
